Are you tired of seeing Agile as a buzzword? Does playing the Agile game because it is so trendy and cool look meaningless to you? Do you believe that engineering and business are primarily pragmatic? Then welcome aboard!

I am in the business of doing what others consider impossible or fixing what others believe irreparably failed since 1992. The scientific approach, the system of profound knowledge, and system thinking supported and guided me on that journey. For the last 10 years, I've been doing it the Agile way.

What is Agile? You would have to think of Agile when you meet complexity. Complexity means that previous experience does not work anymore. It also means that good ole methods stopped providing predictable outcomes. It means that the time to experiment and learn has just come.

And this is my cup of tea. I help to build a process and a team around choosing a working way to deliver valuable outcomes and proving it empirically. I do it through teaching, coaching, facilitating, and supporting their development, growth, and self-sufficiency. The best result I can have is a team that can work without me.

I am always searching for new challenges and new friends who share my attitude toward problems, people, and business.
